Real Pro Systems is one of the best decisions I've made for my real estate business. There is no other company (and I've asked around) that can effectively cultivate leads like they do. It is buying a tool that allows me to be in two places at the same time..... While I'm out working with buyers and sellers, it adds prospects to a communication plan that allows me to be out selling while building relationships with leads I've never spoken to. It is truly a a system that runs without you having to think about it. I can be working on my business and not always in business. In addition, the customer support is exceptional.

Definitely a must use tool to be added to your real estate business.

We are now offering a niche stealth site targeted to buyers who want to receive a list of Bank-Owned properties. It comes with a drip email campaign and can be added to the Gold Agent Website System. This is a great vehicle to promote your ability to provide this list. We worked closely with Rob Levy, a top-producing Prudential agent, to develop the site, which includes a CMA offer. Rob has had great traction, receiving 200 buyer leads in his first month, using this site. He found that it was easy to convert the buyer leads to be interested in regular homes for sale.

Top Producer 8i Integration: Share web leads with your Top Producer 8i account. Real Pro Systems provides three convenient ways to share leads between these two systems, described in this Application Note.

New Navigation Builder: It’s now easier than ever to modify your website menu. Create second and third level menu items, link to established content, new custom pages, or outside links. This enhancement is available for all websites built on the new design.

Tag-based Listing Pages: Create a special custom page to display a subset of featured listings using our enhanced tagging system. Tag-based listing pages (with custom title and text) promote a unique niche of listing to your web visitors. So, if you have tagged a bunch of listings as "condo", you can then create a custom page that features all of your listings tagged with "condo". Tag-based listing pages are extremely useful for promoting subdivisions, neighborhoods, water front homes, and other specialty areas. This enhancement is available for all websites built on the new design.

Use Your RPS Blog to Update Twitter

Many people like to update their social circles using Twitter, and now you can update your Twitter account through your RPS blog. Here's how it works:

In your RPS control panel, under "Other Resources," click the third party resources link and fill-out your twitter details. You will notice that we have preformatted your Twitter updates to go out with your blog title, and a tiny url to bring people back to your site.

Once you save your twitter account info, you're all set. View the video below to see how easy it is to update twitter through your blog.
